Podcasting mit WordPress

ust be audio files in a blog? No. A man must try everything that is technically possible? Yes. :-) Okay, okay - I really want to try this only once, how well this works this podcast story. Until a few months ago it was all so very "manual" thing: record audio file, upload to server, with integrated link, blog reader clicks on link, opens its audio player, etc. etc. Meanwhile, the automated podcasting but a lot of programs and above all "walk" - if desired - the audio file in one go to the MP3 player the user (and can even be picked up via RSS).
And WP 5.1 would actually all required data in the blog post automatically generated.
Well, we'll see ... here is a 50-KB-MP3-greeting from me ...
Edit 1: Yep - that was needed for the RSS feed enclosure tag generated automatically with all data from WP. In the RSS list to the left, the corresponding URL is included. Now I just have the enclosure in the main text line "get off".
Edit 2: The comment from Nicole, I came across a nice example - the sushi radio read recipes in the Hessian dialect before - worth listening to! My personal tip: In the little play on your iPod and listen in the kitchen :-)

Additional Information:
Very good explanation of "podcasting".

Jaha, and everything arrived safely. The enclosure-line in the text but I would not be removed - I've subscribed to some podcast feeds in Bloglines as 'sometimes' -. And if the description is interesting enough, then I invite them down to me. How? Using the integrated enclosure-line! :)

And instead of a completely own podcast provides for individual experiments, of course, also sushiradio.de. If interested send an email ;)
