Male vibration - Part 2

Shave - a question of vibration?

or some time I had just about the new "Gillette M3 Power" report , that vibrating wet shaver, the section on goods test foundation as well. Because we men do not believe anything just because it's printed, I had promised to test the device itself. Personally, I'm already for several years, a Gillette fan, so it was not easy for the newcomer - he had against his predecessor "MACH3Turbo" compete. Both razors are subjected to varying conditions of my 3-day beard, shave every day, sometimes left / right side of the face, etc. etc.

All this for several weeks and each fitted with new blades. My conclusion: there is no real difference between these two shaving systems. At most, in terms of "sensitive skin" there may be a slight advantage in the power model - the shave is really gentle. On the other hand, one's vibrations - not precisely estimate the compression strength - at least initially. This again is a very slight point gain for the turbo, which I think is more accurate in the blade guide.
Together with the power model has indeed introduced new Gillette blades (which also fit the Mach3 other systems). However, these are 50% more expensive than the previous anyway not exactly cheap turbo blades. These blades may be better in some experimental arrangements - in my personal test, I could see no difference here.
Bottom line: If someone has really sensitive skin, then it is worthwhile for him maybe to use the power model. Who is happy with his previous Mach3 shaving but that would be superior to ATM (approx. 15 € including 2 blades), well - maybe he is not able to really see a difference.
Now that I ever was in testing, I've also taken the same nor the new Rasurgel of Gillette under the microscope. My previous favorite was here "Nivea for Men - Sensitive foam, chamomile, sweet-neutral." (The Nivea product produces a beautiful, dense, fine-pored foam - and "without scent," I generally prefer, so I do not suddenly versprühe a mixture of shower, deodorant and Rasierdüften.), However, had now "Gillette Series - gel - ultra comfort "assert that according to its greenish gel structure on a (menthol) is freshness effect oriented. The slight scent seems to fade quickly after shaving, so they do not interfere further.
Warentest Foundation has two products with the best score of 1.7 on the same weight (the others are but products with 1,8 - 2,2 are not bad and sometimes cheaper). I was surprised by the comfortable gel, the blade glides very well, the scent is subtle, well-controlled portioning - total no "huge" difference with the Nivea product, but so clearly, that I probably will change permanently.

Do you have a kiss test carried out with a woman? That would be even more important.

Hmm ... now that you say so ... Well, see, you would have of course a certain number of kisses ... so purely for statistical reasons ... once, maybe even someone logs ;)
