Jamba in trouble

J

Jamba treibt es bunt!

amba - because it rings? Yes, of course - those funny little spots that sell the kids in funny ringtones funny little small monthly subscription. Some time ago, probably because it has a funny little awareness of the action Spreeblick blogs given that Jamster will probably no longer found it so funny. Some history is remarkable that for two reasons: Jamba employees (who obviously have no idea what an IP), then counter have written comments to the blog publications. And second, it shows what can make a blog when they refer to a common theme. The detailed report in Spiegel Online .

Hmm, yes. Jamster advertising sucks. People will be deducted. But the trouble for Jamba is soon forgotten. So, what the blog publications have resulted? Is the advertising gone? There are now more educated kids? I have my doubts.

This advertising should be prohibited. But unfortunately this is not so easy ...
I find most annoying, apart from terms such as "wet fart", "The drunken moose", "extra-long orgasm" (yes they still okay?!?), Ringtone that advertising is often louder than the normal broadcast program.
    Example:
It is after a hard day dozing on the couch. Just before you fall asleep is perpendicular to the same, yellow chicks and of any monthly subscription and what I know loudly stoned while desperately looking for the remote ...

@ Hans Georg: As high as I wanted to hang the claim does not mean that blogs align something with the kids. I have the rather meant as it is described in the Spiegel article (create attention, higher in the rankings in Google, etc.).

Changes require more time. It would also be nice if going to change because of a blog post is now somewhat basic. Even if the contribution has triggered a violent avalanche, it is unrealistic to assume that Germany would be quite aware of this issue.

But a start has been made ud that is probably the most important. The bottom line is seen, the whole history shows that you can move as individuals nowadays something. It would be nice if now also a TV format (perhaps mirror TV?) Would deal with the issue. For then would all the people get the have no Internet access or are not interested in blogging for.

A start has been made allemale. And Jamba is also somehow an appealing target. I am surprised that no one in the course of this discussion, "Erfurt is everywhere" on the disgusting Jamster ringtone has referred. (Bawling "Erfurt is everywhere", then a shot.)
Übrigend there are http://www.cell5.com an enterprising (albeit little ausichtsreiche) petition against Jamster advertising in clip channels.

Jamster is one thing. But there are other ringtone providers. One of the biggest is ZED. I think the manure is prohibited. All rip-off, nothing else. Shooter or even car racing games to the ban, but against such rip-off if left unchecked.

Quite funny, I find the games on http://www.estatica.de/
As you can muck his anger on the chick-fold to vent.

Also interesting, an article on Spiegel Online:

    Jamba definitely cheating!

I'm 36 years working in a mobile shop and so am not a "Kiddi" setting is not what an ABO.

I recently downloaded a game with the "no subscription" option, where the game is more expensive than "With subscription".

Nevertheless, all calculated as a monthly subscription Jamba.

This story is a Jamba clever and well thought out business idea, but what happened to the time just impossible!
Millions of idiots who are not even aware of what they tuhen order because, while this crap Jamster rubs beautiful hands! You should explain away the irresponsible children's mobile phones and what is not right!! Even the annoying advertising must finally disappear!

Message in LawBlog ... = Jamba has money for ABO's zurrückzahlen to minors.

    :
If mentally ill also give their consent, would have Jamba ZED and thus not a (legal) potential customers, or how or what ¿?
    ::
This advertisement, like any seen at least 1000 active brain cells need not be tasteless and unacceptable!
Then there are the (unfortunately common) volume differences between program and commercial break - no question. (Perhaps the industry could even deal with this problem, and develop TVs with volume integrator alignment / alternate function: zurrückbrüllen to the TV set to 'mute'?)

=> Overall: A disgrace to the leaders at all levels, whose expertise can be made regarding their profession no doubt in question.

    mfg, FRUSTRATION

I hate advertising. And even more I hate stupid ads! Above all Jamster advertising! You can not use music in peace stations, etc. with no ring tone advertising exzesseiv shoots are added to! Is that really necessary? Latürnich, I had this quasi-money printing machine under, I would do everything that this business will go on ... when I see the moral point of view would not care! But this is the one in the "free market": The people must endure and pay for what to offer a few suits! Wirfahren no Porsches and our children will likely soon not a conventional car with a combustion engine to Mineralälbasis to do more! off topic sorry. Shit on jamba and co. shit on the profit and greed, the economic principle of profit maximization? operation for which it is good. But for those who do not work in it: what is this? this is not the only theme that capitalism punishes the lies, but certainly one of the most striking ... I'm pissed
