Inserting addresses in Word 2007

Many Word users is reflected around for hours with the mail merge function - and really only want to quickly insert an address from their Outlook contacts. In fact, this is done with one click - if you have Word set up accordingly:

First The colorful "button" on the left click above.
Second Click the "Word Options" button.

Third Menu item "Customize" option.
4th Left column on the "All Commands" change.
5th Drag "address book" in the right column. In order for a new icon appears in the "Quick Launch" (at the top of the screen) on.

In the future, requiring only one click to bring up the addresses from Outlook and paste.
(This also works with older versions of Word.)
